Policy

TCPA Policy

This policy explains how Impactly Media, LLC obtains consent to send text messages, what those messages cover, and how to stop them. It is written to reflect the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and related rules, and it supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Types of messages

Messages may include, but are not limited to, Medicare plan information, enrollment period reminders, alerts when a plan changes its costs, network or drug list, and replies to messages you send us.

Carriers require the types of messages in a program to be disclosed, and the same description is used in the consent disclosure beside the checkbox, on the text updates page and here, so the three always agree.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those charges come from your wireless carrier under your own plan rather than from us.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. STOP works in reply to any message in the program, and you will receive a single confirmation that the number has been removed. You may also ask us to remove a number by email.

  • Replying STOP removes the number from the program.
  • Replying HELP returns information about the program and how to reach us.
  • Email: [email protected]

Delivery and carriers

Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and your device, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not every handset or carrier supports every feature of a messaging program.

If your number changes

Mobile numbers get reassigned. If you give up a number that is enrolled, or if you receive messages intended for someone else, reply STOP or email us so the number can be removed. Please tell us promptly if the number you enrolled is no longer yours.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you asked for.

Complaints and requests

If you believe you received a message you did not consent to, email us with the mobile number involved so it can be removed and the matter reviewed. Email is the only inbound channel we publish.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the program or the applicable rules change. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
