The only form on this website is the text message sign-up form. When you complete it, you choose to give us:

• —the mobile telephone number you want messages sent to
• —the state you selected
• —the fact that you checked the consent box beside the disclosure on that form

If you send us an email, we receive the content of that email together with your email address and anything else you choose to include in it.
