Stopping and help
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help
STOP works in reply to any message in the programme and removes the number. You will receive a single confirmation that it has been removed. HELP returns information about the programme and how to reach us.
You can also ask for a number to be removed by email, which is the only inbound channel we publish: [email protected].
Mobile numbers get reassigned. If you give up a number that is enrolled, or receive messages intended for someone else, reply STOP or email us so the number can be removed.
